US congressman suggests fixing climate change by altering orbit of Earth and moon

Texas Republican Louie Gohmert suggested Tuesday at a congressional hearing that climate change could be addressed by altering the orbit of the moon and earth. He also asked, "is there anything that the National Forest Service or BLM (Bureau of Land Management) can do to change the course of the moon's orbit or the Earth's orbit around the sun?"
