China Railway Chengdu creates smart operation platforms

There used to be more than 60 unattended signal relay stations at hundreds of kilometers of high-speed rail lines throughout the mountainous areas of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Due to inconvenient transportation that makes it difficult to carry out on-site inspection, the electrical service section of Guiyang at China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co Ltd set a smart operation platform for these relay stations.

Based on core technologies such as big data analysis, visual recognition and distributed computing, the smart platform has functions including intelligent inspection, intelligent lighting and rodent detection, which will constantly protect the safety of the high-speed rail.
