Few classes can captivate young kids so thoroughly, but this one — a traditional paper-cutting class in Changsha, Central China's Hunan province does just that. This is one of the many Spring Festival activities hosted by the Museum of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Changsha to celebrate the upcoming The Year of the Snake.

China Daily reporter Yan An spoke with Long Yaohua, Director of the Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center. Long shares his belief that every Chinese person who has participated traditional Spring Festival activities is a heritage inheritor.

Watch the video to discover how the youngest “heritage inheritors” are keeping customs alive in their best class ever.
