On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bolivia, the reporter received a special task from the Ambassador of Bolivia to China: collecting 4 cards of Bolivian cultural elements to celebrate Bolivia's Oruro Carnival and receive a gift from the city of Oruro.
