In a recent interview with China Daily, Adhere said China's people-centered governance, where a strong partnership exists between the government and citizens, has been key to overcoming socioeconomic challenges.

China's success is marked by tangible actions, such as infrastructure development and policies supporting agriculture, education, and e-commerce — areas where African countries can find inspiration. However, Adhere suggested that the African countries adapt relevant practices to fit local context instead of directly copying China's model.
