MOSCOW -- Russia, the United States and Ukraine are to hold trilateral talks on the Ukraine issue in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates, on Nov 10-11, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

The Russian delegation will be led by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky.

Peskov said Ukrainian forces continue to launch strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. Meanwhile, Russia is carrying out systematic strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure in order to reduce Ukraine's ability to attack Russian targets, he added.

US special envoy Steve Witkoff said on Monday that Washington will mediate working-level negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi to help end the conflict.

During a meeting with Witkoff in St. Petersburg on Oct 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia was ready to resume the trilateral talks in mid-November to discuss a security architecture for both Russia and Ukraine after the conflict.
